Laboratorio Raviolificio Biellese

Raviolificio Biellese is based in Cossato, in the province of Biella, and specializes in the production of fresh pasta and filled pasta, and also offers local gastronomic specialties and traditional desserts.

The aim of this artisan fresh pasta laboratory is to produce traditional authentic flavours, made from simple dishes prepared with carefully selected ingredients that guarantee fine genuine products.

Passion and love for traditional cuisine, for good fresh homemade pasta, inspire us to create delicacies daily such as ravioli, tortellini with ham, tagliatelle, cappelletti, and many other specialities of Piedmontese and Italian cuisine.
